Global ONE Ilocos Sur Association (GO ISA) is an organization of Ilocanos from the Heritage Province of Ilocos Sur who are based overseas, and are united by shared heritage, fellowship, and service. It was formed to strengthen ties among members, promote Ilocano identity and values, and support initiatives that benefit both the community abroad and causes connected to the Province of Ilocos Sur.

History

Global ONE Ilocos Sur Association was established to bring together Ilocanos and friends of Ilocos Sur in a spirit of unity, cultural pride, and shared responsibility. From its beginnings, the organization has aimed to promote camaraderie among members, preserve and celebrate Ilocano heritage, and support projects that create a positive impact for both the communities abroad and beneficiaries in the Province of Ilocos Sur.

GO ISA was conceptualized by Governor Jeremias “Jerry” C. Singson, inspired by his enduring vision of unity and service among Ilocanos worldwide. Guided by his advocacy, the association continues to emphasize cultural preservation, camaraderie among overseas Ilocanos from Ilocos Sur, and meaningful participation in charitable and community-oriented endeavors. Its organizational direction remains anchored in the principles of unity, service, and shared cultural pride.
